October 2019 is here, which means so is my, hopefully successful, first attempt at Blogtober!
As my first post of the challenge, I thought I’d use it to explain what Blogtober is – in case you want to join in on the fun!
WHAT IS BLOGTOBER?
Blogtober is essentially a month where bloggers attempt to post every day. There is no theme or any rules, just that they have to post every single day.
Some may include an autumnal theme, others a Halloween vibe – but they don’t necessarily have to! We/they can get as creative as we/they like!
WHY AM I DOING IT?
I thought I’d give it a go, to challenge my blog and myself.
I’m going through a lot of changes right now and this ensures that I’m still dedicating enough time towards the blog. Hopefully, you guys will find my posts interesting enough to want to check them out!
WHAT AM I HOPING TO GET OUT OF BLOGTOBER?
The satisfaction that comes with being productive. I’m hoping that I will fall even more in love with writing for my blog from being so dedicated to it.
I hope to stick to the full 31 days and produce half-decent and relevant content.
I’d love to meet more like-minded bloggers and get to know some of my existing followers better.

Daily posts at 1pm, on all sorts of stuff, ranging from themed posts to mental health content – as, after all, that’s what this blog is for!
